After just several days there, our new Grand Design travel trailer was stolen!! We had a steel ball hitch lock on it. Gate coded lock was cut off and missing. Our trailer was filled with our personal belongings. We strongly suspect an inside job. Recommended by an associate storage facility that we trusted. Police said they had numerous calls here for vandalism and theft in the past year. A living nightmare for us.

our RV was stolen and they claim that only one was stolen but officer told me we were #4 in past few weeks. horrible customer service, i think its an inside job

I reserved an 11x27 enclosed unit to store a bay boat. The unit was actually 10' wide and my boat would not fit because of the doors on the unit. The attendant suggested the covered section that was larger and not totally enclosed however it was definitely adequate. Although I had to pay an additional $50.00 a month, I felt it would work out. I would recommend this site as the attendant does try to work with the clients.

It was late afternoon when o decided to clean out my garage. After renting a box truck and loading some items I realized I still needed to actually sign paperwork for my unit it was too late to make it before the office closed but I did speak with the leasing gentleman who was willing to work out a way to not have to drive extra miles on the truck. Much appreciated will meet in the morning to sign papers.
